A family operation

That same hands-on approach runs right through the family. In the early days, while Jody worked at a local grocery store, Randy would bring the boys, Owen and Easton, along in the truck—and the work became second nature to them. Both grew up to run every piece of equipment the company owns, and they put in the same honest effort their dad always has. Jody keeps the books and paperwork in order, and Randy is still in the office every day, keeping an eye on the work.

The Jolie family's roots run deep here. Randy was born in Kimberley, raised in Wycliffe, and still calls Wycliffe home today—right in the heart of the area the business serves. That connection carries beyond the job: over the years they've been glad to support the Kimberley Dynamiters junior hockey team and the local Rotary Club.
